Product Checks Before a Bulk Order
Choose your styles, then check the details that matter to your customers. A sample and a written specification help you compare products before committing to a larger order.
Hair and fiber
Ask for the hair material and processing details for the product you select. Check texture, color, shedding and tangling on a sample. For synthetic products, request care instructions and any permitted styling temperature.
Cap, lace and base
For wigs, check cap size, hairline, parting and lace tone. For men's hairpieces, check base material, dimensions, density and fitting requirements. Include any particular measurements in your quote request.
Pack contents and labels
For braiding hair and extensions, confirm weight, pieces per pack or set, length and color codes. Check labels and carton counts against the products and quantities in your order.
Agree the specification in writing
Keep the product code, agreed sample or reference, color, dimensions, quantity and packaging together in your order agreement. Tell us about any certification or import-document requirements before the order is confirmed.
If you need a close-up of the hairline, cap or base to make your decision, include that request with the product code.
